The new Universal Product Cooker (UPC) is the only fryer capable of producing batch-style and traditional potato chips continuously. It also makes chips from corn, plantain, banana, sweet potato and other root crops, multi-grain ingredients, plus certain pellet and extruded snacks. UPC can even produce traditional style potato chips with little or no slice washing.
