Automatic flavoured milk bottle filling machine works on volumetric principle with diving nozzle type filling machine . the line is made compact versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. Of S.S. Slat conveyor reciprocating nozzle with S.S. 316 four Syringes , No container No filling system arrangement is standard failure of the line. The main drive of the machine and conveyor drive consist of A/C Motor with synchronized variable A/C frequency drive (Siemens make ).

Operation :- Container are placed manually on turn table it passed on S.S. Slat conveyor feed from scrambler and un-scrambler lavel synchronized to feed to filling machine to minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose, nozzle will be up words slowly from bottom lavel of bottle towords neck during filling . the dosing block with hexagonal bolt fitted syringe this means fill size can be easily set , Further the container move on conveyor for capping operation picking up cap from vibrator before entering Or been placed below the sealing head and it’s get sealed or capped .
When bottle are sealed or capped bottle moves by conveyor in to the inspection table where filled bottle are checked under the light as soon as inspection is done bottle passed to sticker labeling where labeling and batch printing is done
