This Conveyor Drive Roll was covered in rubber that is being removed my Machining. After Machining, MBI Coatings replaced the rubber with a stainless steel coating applied by Twin Wire Acr Spraying. The stainless steel was applied with an aggresive, or rough, finish to keep the conveyor belt from slipping. The stainless coating was then coated with Traclon©, a polymer developed by MBI Coatings that is ultra non-stick! Nothing will stick to this roll, Nothing!!
