Tunnel has stainless steel construction. There is no nameplate or brand name listed on the tunnel. Previously installed in a fish cooking application in Texas. One end of conveyor features an air-knife blower, conveyor dip with roller, and second air blower. Features a cleaning dip tank for conveyor. Mechanical vari-speed drive is adjustable.
