Incline, 16″ Wide x 144″ Long, cleated delrin belt conveyor. Equipped with a 12″ high infeed, 3″ high guide rails, 3″ high cleats on 20″ centers, 60″ high discharge and a 1hp drive. Mounted on a stainless steel frame.

This is the third iteration of conveyor systems I developed for this interactive. The first was a single bucket conveyor that unloaded the balls by tipping over, the second iteration was a cleated conveyor belt with frustrating complications involving backflow and leakage. This final version is a closed system, so no balls can fall out.
