The Morrison system has a sensor to detect all of the swinging arms and if there are any empty pockets the bottom timing screw indexes so propane tanks are not fed off the edge. The video highlights the extent that Morrison goes into for the testing process. The frame that is in the video is a temporary setup strictly for testing in Morrison’s facility.

Driven by 3/4 hp 1740 rpm motor reduced to 111 rpm. The discharge height is 44.25″ and the infeed height for the conveyor is 22″. Conveyor is a total of 148″ long. The stainless steel hopper measures 48″wide x 48″ long with a 36″ straight side and a 24″ bottom and was used with a super sack unloader. The hopper has an 18″ diameter inlet, a 10″ x 10″ outlet, and a hinged door on the side. Overall dimensions are 58″ wide x 170″ long x 114″ tall. Requires 208-230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
