Sidewall conveyor belts are designed with elevation changes from horizontal to inclined and/or vertical, and in the return strand, they are sustained on the free lateral spaces. These deflection and support zones require a very rigid and stiff belt. These cross stabilized base belts are then a fundamental component of Sidewall belts
They are manufactured with a huge range of rubber compounds, so they can meet any conveying exigency.
There are different typologies of belts:
- TEXRIGID Belt is in textile carcass EP type (Polyester – Polyamid) with two weave rigid fabrics made in Nylon.Texrigid Belts are suitable for a medium – heavy applications. - CROSSRIGID Belts are in textile carcass EP (Polyester – Polyamide) with rigidity inserts in steel cord, that assure stability and rigidity of the belt also with longer blets. - CROSSRIGID RE Belts are in metal carcass Steel Cord. These belts, with steel breakers, are the proper solution for high inclined heavy applications
