Ohlson, complete integrated, semi-automatic, pre-formed bag feeding, combination weigh scale filling and band sealing line rated from 5 to 20 bags per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with stainless steel 10ft³ product hopper and vibratory feeder, Nedco Model Ultralift stainless steel bucket elevator with (70) polycarbonate product buckets, 6½” long, 12″ wide, 3½” deep set on 6″ centers, 141″ discharge height with FMC Sytron power pulse controller and both have plexiglass guarding. Ohlson Model MHW-CW10 stainless steel, 10 head rotary combination weigh scale system rated from 10 to 80 weighments per minute, weigh cell range of 10 to 3000 grams, maximum volumes of 1,300ml with accuries +/- 0.1 grams. Microprocessor controller with remote TFT color touch pad controls, Doboy Model CBS-M inline band sealer with 2 sets of 5/8″ heat sealing and 1 set of cooling bars, tilt head, 1″ wide metal bands with flip up safety cover. Control panel has heater 1 and 2 temperature controllers and on / off heat switches. Mounted on height adjustable base frame with 9½” wide x 90″ long product conveyor.
