Maximise Recovery of Food and Drink Cans
The Magnapower range of Can Sorters have been designed and developed to provide the most compact and efficient method of sorting aluminium and steel cans.

Minimise Maintenance
All magnet systems are from non-deteriorating permanent magnets and the machines are designed to give a prolonged working life in the most difficult conditions. Any wear parts are easily accessible and unique features such as the ‘lid seal’ system help to prevent any small/thin items from being trapped under the belt.

Optimise Throughput
The range of sorting machines offered enables the right size and sorting method to be offered to suit your application. The MCS 30 is ideal for applications with low levels of steel cans, whilst the MCS 90 will efficiently separate higher levels of steel cans.

Kerbside / Can-Bank Material
The majority of cans in both Kerbside and Can-Bank collections are steel. It is therefore necessary to use a separator capable of efficiently separating this high proportion of steel without sacrificing any aluminium. We have developed a Can Sorter that is ideal for this process (see MCS 90).

Operation of MCS 55 & MCS 90
Mixed cans are poured into the hopper. The constantly moving belt carries the cans underneath the OVERBAND MAGNET. The ferrous cans are lifted up to the moving belt of the OVERBAND, which carries them to the side of the can sorter and discharges them into the ‘ferrous cans’ chute.

Aluminium cans carry on up the main conveyor and discharge at the end into ‘aluminium cans’ chute.

Operation of MCS 30
Mixed cans are poured into the hopper. The constantly moving belt carries the cans up to the MAGNETIC HEAD PULLEY of the conveyor. Aluminium cans drop off the end of the conveyor, whilst ferrous cans are held onto the surface of the belt and carried back under the head pulley where the discharge into the ‘ferrous cans’ chute.

Eddy Current Can Sorter

The Turbo Jet-Star textile conveyor dryer has electric Infrared heat Jet Air convection to dry water based & discharge, or cure plastisol Screen Printing inks . Our Silk Screen Dryers are designed for production and are very energy efficient. The Turbo Jetstar series dryers utilize jet-air recirculation system and powered exhaust with a damper to control the precise amount of air exiting the dryer. This promotes proper curing and drying of many types of inks two -part epoxy, and solvent–evaporative based inks or coatings. Substrates such as textiles, t-shirts, plastic, metal, glass can be processed. We have a Conveyor Dryer to fit any size Screen-Printing Shop or application.
