Sales process
When you have found a suitable machine, you may order it by sending us an email with your invoice details and VAT number. Please state whether you will arrange transport for the machine yourself or whether you wish Duijndam Machines to arrange it. You will then receive a sales agreement which must signed and returned within 48 hours. The invoice must be paid within 10 days. The machine will be made ready for transport when your payment has been received. This could sometimes take a couple of days depending on the amount of work and the type of machine.

Are you coming to see the machine and would you like to take it with you? This is possible as long as the payment is completed. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Dutch customers also have the option of paying by a once-only payment authorisation.
