A complete packaging line provided for stand up pouches. The solution consists of an extensive mesh of conveyors which transport the product from a FFS machine to the packaging section situated at a different level. High grip spiral conveyors are used. The pouches go through a check weigher & a metal detector & are fed in a monoblock case packer using a race track mechanism which ensures the pouches are in a stand up position when picked up by a specially designed gripper. The machine erects the case which is a display case used for shelf display. The gripper turns 180° in air to ensure the correct alignment of the pouches in the box.

Automated Flexible Conveyor, Model 60F, Spiral Feed screw conveyor. Rated to 950 ft³ of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Product hopper is 30” long x 30” wide x 30” deep (approx 5 ft³). Equipped with 5″ diameter x 190″ long stainless steel product conveying screw with 6″ diameter x 94″ long poly tube. Powered by 7½ Hp top drive motor. 8” diameter product discharge port with 141″ discharge height. Control box features forward / reverse, stop and reset buttons. Mounted on mild steel frame with locking casters.
