1. Brief Introduction of Pneumatic Vacuum Powder Air Conveyor

2. Application of Pneumatic Vacuum Powder Air Conveyor

Vacuum Conveyor is the most advanced, perfect vacuum conveying equipment of powder

of materials to mixing machine, packing machine, injection molding machine, grinder etc.

This application called for combining the overhead free flowing magnetic arms to a propane container. Before the Morrison system was implemented, the propane tanks would fall off the edge of the conveyor and create a lot of wasted product, as well as creating a safety hazard. The Morrison system has a sensor to detect all of the swinging arms and if there are any empty pockets the bottom timing screw indexes so propane tanks are not fed off the edge.
