Multi-Conveyor recently built this multiple lane table top conveyor system incorporates 4:1 merge with clamps and blade stops for an economical solution requested by a packaged snack food manufacturer. The optimum solutions was designed and engineered by Multi-Conveyor, utilizing our in-house fabrication and assembly, on-site UL panel engineering experts. The system was then assembled, set-up and wired for Factory Acceptance Testing by the customer prior to shipment. The overall system measured over 930 feet of straight running and elevated (incline and decline) conveyance while incorporating 550 feet of pneumatically adjustable stainless steel guide rails for control of six different carton sizes. Very cool.
