With a variable speed motor producing belt speeds from 0-120 fpm., the Xtreme metal detector is available in 4 standard size belt widths (6”-24”) and 25 different size tunnels (4”-20”). The Xtreme metal detector has a stainless steel conveyor, a food grade poly belt, a high-pressure wash down head, an antistatic UHMW slider bed and NEMA electronics making it ideal for food, textile, pharmaceutical, plastics, rubber, chemical and many other industries. The Xtreme’s DPS (digital signal processor) can store preprogramed applications with minimum & maximum sensitivity levels. The multiple data ports (RS-485, Ethernet, USB) allow for remote monitoring and data output.

Both flat and dimensional components receive equal shot blasting coverage. Up to eight blast turbines (blast wheels) mounted inside the housing ensure that blasting, cleaning and deburring takes place without the risk of masking. The airwash separator can be equipped with a magnetic separator to recirculate blast media and improve efficiency.
