We want to present Shrimp Nobashi processing lines. Our Nobashi Processing Lines are designed to increase labor productivity and optimize space in small processing Plant. There are several processes happens at concurrently on the conveyor belts. At the conveyor entrance, there are faucets to clean shrimp and monitor to detect contaminants. Workers de-head and put back shrimp to new containers. In the next step, workers will cut the back and remove gut. At the next step, workers arrange shrimps to straight long mold to straighten shrimp. After that, shrimp is ready to be vacuumed and packaged. All processing steps are performed on the conveyor belts to optimize space in small processing plants.
