Container size range: 1-3/4″ to 7-1/4″ in Diameter; 1-9/16″ to 10-1/2″ in Height. Label size range: 4-5/8″ to 24″ Long; 1-1/4″ to 9-1/4″ Wide. Equipped with dual container handling gripper v-belts, hot glue pot with direct contact wheel applicators, Valco cold glue lap seal system, single hydraulic label feed magazine, no container / no glue, with start / e-stop push buttom controls and heat on / off switch with heat controller and mounted on base frame. Designed to apply full wrap glue labels to cylindrically shaped containers of metal and plastic also (glass with proper change parts).

Shrink tunnel has 26” wide x 16″ high total aperture with 60″ long tunnel and 24″ wide x 89″ long steel mesh product conveyor belt, and (2) top mounted blower fans. Control panel has power and fan on / off switches with heat / cooling temperature and speed controller with e-stop. Both mounted on heavy duty base frames.
