Akan ada sebuah tray di bagian depan conveyor untuk pengisian makanan dan tray di bagian belakang untuk menerima makanan yang sudah masak. Ketika populer untuk roti volume tinggi, produksi biskut, ini bisa mengerjakan berbagai makanan. Panas bisa dikontrol, tetapi ini biasanya adalah seting kecepatan pada conveyor wire mesh, modular atau slat, yang mengontrol lama waktu dari makanan dikenakan pada panas.
