Equipped with 15′ long x 12″ wide bucket in feed conveyor with 8″ long x 12″ deep x 3-1/2″ high adjustable product buckets. 80″ long powered (3) belt blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, Siko gauges for quick product change-overs, vacuum pump system, statis light and safety guarding. Control Panel has relay logic controls with touch pad controller and digital display with machine, on / off controls, vacuum, glue, jog / run on / off switches, start, stop, and e-stop buttons with speed control dial. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with locking caster.
